JFK once said, ” Youth are the world’s most valuable resource and its best hope for the future.” The National Youth Council believes that the youth are the future AND the present of the American Red Cross! In order to maintain our position as the present and the future of this organization, as well as maintain the longevity of the American Red Cross, is for us to stay up to date on training information and becoming the best volunteers that we can be.
