Donald Capps, a 79-year-old war veteran and Joplin, Missouri resident, survived the recent tornado with his wife and ended up at a Red Cross Shelter nearby. He shares his story in the video below. His service to the country will be remembered this Memorial Day, as people like him across Joplin cope with the aftermath of the tornado.
