February Monthly Focus: Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity and Inclusion

How can we work to diversify the work that we do at the American Red Cross and beyond? How can we include and empower voices that represent all of our stories, both at home and on a larger scale? As we focus on Diversity & Inclusion this month, consider how you can incorporate these questions into your Red Cross Club meetings and events. If you’re looking for a place to start, check out some of the resources below to educate yourself and your peers!

For example, there are some great icebreaker activities you can use during your Red Cross Club meetings and additional support for club leadership to help facilitate these types of conversations.

To find the toolkit, visit the ‘Resources’ tab on redcrossyouth.org today! As always, if you have any questions feel free to connect with your local Red Cross contact or email us at [email protected]
