Hanna Malak

Hanna began volunteering with the Red Cross through the 2010-2011 NAIA/Red Cross Collegiate Leadership Program, where he spent two weeks in Washington, D.C. at the National Headquarters undergoing training and tapping into resources in the Biomedical side of the Red Cross.  As a result of the NAIA/ Red Cross Collegiate Leadership Program, Hanna served on the Board of Directors in the Northern California Blood Services Region and founded the Red Cross Club at Menlo College.
Under his leadership, Menlo’s Red Cross Club worked hard to almost triple blood donations in one year.  Hanna graduated from Menlo College in May of 2012 with a bachelors degree in Business Management and will graduate Notre Dame De Namur University with a Masters of Business Administration in May of 2014. Hanna served as the Vice-Chair for the National Youth Council from June 2012 to July 2012 before he transitioned to an employee for the Northern California Blood Region in August of 2012.  Hanna now serves the council as a junior advisor.
