Will began his Red Cross career when he was 15 years old at his local chapter Youth Council in Morristown, New Jersey, a neighboring city of his hometown, Whippany, New Jersey.  His passion for the Red Cross grew when he later became co-chairman of the Youth Council and was a member of the Board of Directors of Northern New Jersey.

He is currently the Sponsorship Officer of the Student Red Cross Club at Pennsylvania State University, where he is a senior studying Enterprise Risk Management.

Life goals of his include being on the front page of his university newspaper, owning a restaurant, and serving with the American Red Cross later in life.
