Hurricane Gustav demonstrates the next generation of fundraising

In addition to showing an increased amount of preparation, supplies and expertise compared to Hurricane Katrina, Hurricane Gustav has also demonstrated the capacity of the American Red Cross to move towards receiving large amounts of small donations - and the increased interest from the American public in helping this way.

New York Times’ Malaria Coverage Should Include Red Cross

Sunday’s New York Times published an article entitled “A $10 Mosquito Net Is Making Charity Cool”, which talked about youth involvement in combating malaria. I think Donald G.
