How can your Red Cross Club support Biomedical Services? Below is a list of ways for your club to contribute!
- Contact your local Biomedical Services Region to support other blood drives by:
- Hosting a blood drive
- Planning an activity using our Activity Guides
- Calling potential blood donors to ask them to donate and schedule donation appointments.
- Writing thank you notes to blood donors.
- Volunteering at blood drives.
- Providing childcare at blood drives.
- Making educational presentations to sponsor groups in advance of blood drives to help ensure donors are prepared for a successful donation.
- Making educational presentations at elementary and middle schools to inspire students to ask their parents to donate at the school’s upcoming blood drive.
- Become a Blood Donor Ambassador.
- Last but not least, you can help save a life today by scheduling your appointment to donate!
